    What is your motivation to work with Chemovator?

    Chemovator does not only support the Venture Teams with growing their business ideas. Working with Chemovator also means, being supported in your own personal, and professional growth.

    What are your bad habits?

    I get very nervous when I have to speak in front of groups, I am sometimes a bit chaotic, and I love to chat.

    Do you rather follow your head or your heart?

    I am definitely a heart over head person. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s very hard to convince me.

    Viola supports Tobi in all HR related topics at the Chemovator GmbH. She already knows Chemovator and its ventures since she already worked here as a working student, in HR, before she was offered a full time position following her graduation.

    Viola freshly graduated with a B.A. in International HR Management and Organization in March'22 from the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.

    Prior to joining Chemovator, Viola gained professional experience in the field of recruitment and team assistance. Due to various student jobs.

    She is ready and highly motivated to dive into her professional life now and gain a lot of new experiences at Chemovator and to further develop both, the Venture Teams and herself.
