    What motivates you to come to work every day

    I want to enable change for the better and I love to dive into new ideas as well as getting inspired by the people that are passionate about it.

    If you had to live by only one rule, what would it be?

    Nothing is set and you can question everything.

    What are your bad habits?

    I can be a Monk – especially when I’m bored I do too much rather than just relaxing.

    What was your greatest learning in life?

    Progress over Perfection, because Perfection is simply not efficient.

    Ricarda's Background

    Ricarda holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA Marketing from the WWU Münster. Beyond that Sustainability, Pricing and deep-tech ideas spark her interest.

    Before joining the Chemovator in August 2022, Ricarda developed several ventures for the Coatings division of BASF as well as the mechanical engineering company GEA Group.

    At Chemovator Ricarda is responsible for organizing the Entrepreneurship Program, boosting the Deal Flow as well as supporting the Venture Teams.
