I believe that Chemovator is a perfect setting to unleash valuable technologies and business concepts from corporate restrictions and I am very happy to be part of this adventure.

I am dedicated to support the Venture Teams to stay focused, to never get sidetracked and to run to the next milestone while having fun and laugh a lot.

Sometimes I may appear to be too opinionated. Yes, I defend a position, but this position was built after thinking through the topic from all available angles and I am happy to revise if new information or arguments become available.

You have to go through the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The Good is needed to build confidence, the Bad to keep this confidence under control and the Ugly to learn and gain experience.
