Anything important you need to know?

Do you have a business idea? Great! You can join with your idea, even if it's in the early stages. You will have one minute to quickly present your idea.

Don't have a business idea or not interested in working on one? You can still actively support colleagues who have already developed an idea.

What can you expect?

Join us for two days of interactive sessions that will enable you to take your idea to the next level.

Those will include:

- getting to know and working with the Business Model Canvas for you to try out the basics of developing a business plan for your idea

- working with personas, AI tools and other methods to verify your customers

- learning how to collect and work with data from your landing page

- improving your presentation skills by working with pitching and storytelling techniques

Over the sessions you and your group will be working on a business idea, refining it and learning how to pitch. At the end of the Bootcamp, you will hold a final pitch and receive constructive feedback, which can be very useful to improve your presentation skills and for your personal and professional development.

How often does this event take place?

The Chemovator Startup Bootcamp takes place four times a year. It's a two-day practical workshop, which requires participation on both days.

How much does the event cost?

We want to make the Chemovator Startup Bootcamp available for everyone in BASF. For this reason, it is free to participate. However, we always put a lot of effort into our Startup Bootcamps and in order to plan properly, cancellations are only accepted until two weeks prior to the event.

In case you realize that you cannot participate in the event after you have registered, please let us know one week before so we can give your spot to another person who is interested.

Do you need to join both days?

The Chemovator Startup Bootcamp is a two-day workshop with the purpose of taking you out of your daily work activities and let you experience how it feels like to work in a lean startup style. For this reason, you can only participate, if you also join for two days.

In case you have to answer phone calls etc. that is not a problem, since the working periods are very flexible. However, you need to coordinate with your team.

What do you need to prepare for the Startup Bootcamp?

There is no need for preparation.

Do you have a business idea? Great, you can join with your business idea. It can also be in a very early stage. You will have one minute in the beginning to quickly present what your idea is all about.

You do not have a business idea or you do not want to work on it? You can also actively support other BASF colleagues who already developed an idea.
