New :

Due to COVID-19, it won’t be possible in near future to come together and host the Startup Bootcamp format as we know it. But, this won’t stop us - We want to support you across country borders despite Corona limitations. For this reason, we are happy to run from now on our Chemovator Startup Bootcamp Academy online!

The online academy approach enables us to work together over a longer time frame in joint and individual working sessions. We divided the usual Chemovator Startup Bootcamp schedule into small modules throughout three weeks. You will get separate invitations to each of the sessions and you can join flexibly from home or wherever you are located.

Why a Sustainability Bootcamp?

Sustainability is not just a passing trend, but a topic of utmost importance for all of us - which includes Chemovator as well. Business models around sustainability are gaining increasing attention and traction. Trends in this area are reaching from zero emission to green investment to sustainable tech and many more. BASF has declared sustainability to be one of the main strategic drivers comprising topics like circular economy, clean energy, sustainable transportation and climate neutrality. Following different initiatives that have been initiated within BASF in order to become a more sustainable business, we are now giving this subject another prominent stage in this edition of our Startup Bootcamps.

What you can expect?

Join us for 6 exciting sessions where we will enable you and your teams to take your idea to the next level.

Those will include

  • a presentation of the "Alliance to end plastic waste" by Laura Bender (BASF),
  • a presentation of the sustainability startup PRLS in the area of waste management system co-founded by Jens Hamprecht (BASF) for inspiration on how a colleague translated sustainability for himself and thereby helping others,
  • getting to know and working with the Impact Business Model Canvas for you to try out the basics of developing a business plan for your idea with Kamil Barbarski, founder and consultant in the areas of lean startup and corporate entrepreneurship and
  • a keynote by Rainer Hönig, former MD at Rolls-Royce aircraft engines and founder and CEO of betteries, a sustainble tech startup.
