Anything important you need to know?
Do you have a business idea? Great, you can join with your business idea. It can also be in a very early stage. You will have one minute in the beginning to quickly present what your idea is all about.
You do not have a business idea or you do not want to work on it? You can also actively support other BASF colleagues who already developed an idea.
What to expect?
In two days you and your group will be working on a business idea, refine it and learn how to pitch. At the end of bootcamp you will hold a final pitch as a group and receive constructive feedback, which can be very useful to improve your presentation skills and for your personal and professional development.

How often does this event take place?
The Chemovator Startup Bootcamp takes place four times a year. It's a two-day practical workshop, which requires participation on both days.
How much does the event cost?
We want to make the Chemovator Startup Bootcamp available for everyone in BASF. For this reason, it is free to participate. However, we always put a lot of effort into our Startup Bootcamps and in order to plan properly, cancellations are only accepted until two weeks prior to the event.
In case you have registered, but you do not show up, we will charge your BASF cost center €1,000! Unexcused no-shows will be charged after the event.
Remember: If you cannot participate for a good reason, let us know and you don't have to pay anything.
Do you need to join both days?
The Chemovator Startup Bootcamp is a two-day workshop with the purpose of taking you out of your daily work activities and let you experience how it feels like to work in a lean startup style. For this reason, you can only participate, if you also join for two days.
In case you have to answer phone calls etc. that is not a problem, since the working periods are very flexible. However, you need to coordinate with your team.
What do you need to prepare for the Startup Bootcamp?
